Bryan Latham is an accomplished IP Attorney whose broad experience encompasses law firms, government agencies and corporate environments. He has applied his strategic approach to complex legal issues to all facets of IP law, from patent drafting and prosecution to freedom-to-operate analyses, due diligence investigations, litigation support and IP portfolio management.
Mr. Latham’s career has steadily progressed from his early start as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO, to a patent agent role at Xybernaut Corporation, from there to attorney and leadership roles at MH2 Technology Law Group, Jones Robb, PLLC, Medler Ferro Woodhouse & Mills PLLC, and finally at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig PLLC, before becoming a sole practitioner at Latham IP.
Mr. Latham has extensive experience in the disciplines of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Physics. His areas of technical expertise include cryptography, computer and network security, E-Commerce, cloud computing infrastructure, semiconductor device fabrication, artificial intelligence, optics, networking architecture, telecommunications, aerospace systems, and medical devices.
