Jason V. Morgan joins the G&G team with more than two decades of experience spanning law, technology, and organizational governance. He most recently served as an Administrative Patent Judge at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) where he participated in over 3,500 cases and authored more than 1,050 opinions. His tenure also included extensive contributions to legal education, quality review, and data analysis initiatives across the agency.
Jason’s earlier career includes roles as a patent agent, senior software developer, and software development specialist supporting federal agencies such as the FBI, CIA, Army Research Laboratory, and NSA.
Jason’s background reflects a rare blend of legal expertise, technical acumen, and leadership in complex decision-making environments.
